eIDAS
eIDAS is the abbreviation for Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trusted services for electronic transactions in the internal market. It is a European regulation that entered into force on 1 July 2016.
LiveConsent is an advanced electronic signature solution that complies with the eIDAS Regulation.
Electronic documents signed via LiveConsent are admissible in court on the same basis as their paper equivalents.
